Welcome to CrossFit Lititz

CrossFit Lititz is Fitness for Everyone, located in Lititz, Pennsylvania we take pride in welcoming everyone from all walks of life and fitness levels! Whether you are just starting your journey or have excelled at fitness, our goal is still the same – we provide a positive & challenging environment promoting health, fitness, wellbeing & community. 

We offer CrossFit classes Monday-Saturday, open gym on Sunday, and an Olympic lifting class every first and last Sunday of the month.

Our Roots

From Olivia: In the summer of 2014, I decided to transform my 264 sq. foot, single car garage into a gym. It started with a handful of amazing clients that believed in me. By word of mouth, my number of clients grew and the search for a bigger place was on! In May of 2015, Warehouse 37 Strength & Conditioning opened its doors in a 3,000 sq. foot building. As the Warehouse equipment and the awesome community evolved so did my dreams. I knew one day my Strength & Conditioning warehouse gym would add CrossFit. Two worlds combined under one roof. November 30, 2017 it became official! I was now a CrossFit affiliate called CrossFit Lititz. Having two different programs and two different names under one roof made my dream of fitness for everyone a reality.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. This constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

The CrossFit program is driven by data. Keeping accurate scores and records, running a clock, and precisely defining the rules and standards for performance. This data has important value well beyond motivation. Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares anyone for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.

While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it perfect for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.

The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective. There is camaraderie, competition and fun!
