Open Gym

By popular demand, we now have expanded our open gym times!

What is Open Gym?

Open gym is set aside for you to practice skills at your own pace, outside of regular class times.
  • Stretching and mobility
  • Work on being more gymnasty
  • Work on your weaknesses
  • Practice what you learned in OLY class
  • Prepare for an upcoming competition or event
  • Make up a WOD
To ensure safety, there will always be a coach in the building. Open gym is not a coached session.

When can I come in?

  • Monday-Friday4:30pm-6:00pm
  • Monday & Wednesday7:00pm-8:00pm
  • Saturday9:00am-11:00am
  • Sunday: 9:00am-10:00am
Please Note: Class schedule remains the same. Popular Open Gym Times could become new class times in the near future

What is the Cost?

The cost $65 if you don’t already have a membership, sign-up for an open gym membership here.

Currently, anyone who has a CrossFit Unlimited membership already has an Open Gym membership!

If you have a limited plan or punch card, you’re welcome to come to open gym. Each visit to Open Gym will deduct one of your classes.

Drop-ins are only permitted with prior permission from Olivia or Junior, and will not generally be allowed without evidence of prior experience.

Can I use Open Gym during scheduled CrossFit Classes?

No, the gym will not be open during scheduled CrossFit classes. Anyone present during a CrossFit class is expected to be participating in the class. Class participation is encouraged!

What about if I only want Open Gym, and I’m not interested in classes, or our programming?

We have that plan available, but we encourage folks to participate in classes, that’s what CrossFit was built on…community, camaraderie… You get that in our classes.
